Typical timeline for ADUs and Additions are listed below:
Initial Design Plans= 2 weeks
Final design plans= 2-5 weeks after final design
Engineering Plans= 4 - 8 weeks
Plan review with city of Scottsdale until approval = 2 - 3 months
Custom Homes may take about 6-10 months for design and permiting.
